英论阁与Hindawi出版社合作举办了在线讲座，以帮助理解最近由于冠状病毒爆发而引起的全球学术出版领域的变化。Hindawi是全球最大的具备同行评审的科学、技术和医学领域的开放获取出版社之一。本次网课着重讨论研究人员和出版商所面临的挑战，以及为尽力确保科研创造力而采取的应对机制。

吕铭方博士（英论阁中国总裁）建议研究人员如何充分利用远程工作条件并保持创造力。吕博士还将讨论＂COVID-19快速审查跨出版商倡议＂能如何使研究人员在大流行期间更容易提交他们的手稿，并尽快将研究成果在线发表。为了应对目前的大流行，一些出版商和学术交流组织合作，以确保尽快审查和出版与COVID-19有关的研究。Sarah Theissen（Hindawi出版者）也一直致力于出版社内部和跨出版商的工作流程，以促进COVID-19有关的研究得到尽快发表。

About the Speaker

吕铭方博士、教授，英论阁（Enago）中国区总裁

吕铭方博士、教授是著名学术出版专家，曾任英国物理学会（IOP）出版社的前总编。吕教授在过去两年担任学术作者服务国际领导品牌英论阁的中国区总裁期间，已举办30场中文在线讲座、并在中国各地高校举办超过120场线下讲座，已向超过十万的中国科研人员传授成功SCI出版所需要的关键知识。

吕铭方教授于1995年获得清华大学博士学位；1995-1997年在中国科学院物理研究所做博士后；1999-2000年在以色列魏兹曼科学研究院做博士后；2000.4-2001.12月在瑞典空间物理研究院做博士后，从事欧洲航天局“火星快车”飞船项目的“中性粒子成像仪”研究。此外，吕铭方于1998年在日本大学做客员教授，从事等离子体焦点装置中子发射的研究，并承担中国–波兰等离子体物理科技交流合作项目，并与中国科学基金和科研管理机构以及中国大学的研究人员广泛合作，包括NSFC, MOST, CAST, CAS，等等。吕铭方2002年之前在知名国际期刊上发表论文30多篇，包括Phys Rev E, J Phys D, Rev Sci Inst, IEEE Trans Plasma Sci 等。
