About the Speaker

田口善弘 教授（中央大学理工学部物理学科）

1961年東京生まれ。1988年東京工業大学大学院理工学研究科修士課程修了。理学博士。2006年より現職。専門はバイオインフォマティクスおよび非線形物理学。30年以上の研究を通じて100を超える論文を発表。また過去5年間だけでも『BMC Medical Genomics』『Medicine (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins journal)』『PLoS ONE』『IPSJ Transactions on Bioinformatics』など50以上の国際ジャーナルにおいて査読を担当。バイオインフォマティクスの国際学会「InCob」では、2014年と2017年に最優秀論文賞、 2018年には最優秀口頭発表賞を受賞するなど数多くの受賞歴を持つ。著作も多数あり、『砂時計の七不思議』では第12回講談社出版文化賞科学出版賞を受賞。
